Your most important tasks:
• Independent support of a customer base
• Handling international and national projects from the development phase through to order completion
• Telephone advice and support for customers
• Acquiring new target customers and maintaining contact with our existing customers
• Market observation
• Preparation of quotations in close cooperation with our engineers
• A good and competent contact for our customers
Focus on IT
Junior Service Engineer (m/f/d)
Your most important tasks:
• Carrying out configurations and maintenance of network solutions and security systems
• Creation of technical documentation and reports
• Technical support for customers via Teams by telephone, e-mail
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in collaboration with experienced technicians
• Collaboration in the development of customer-specific network and security solutions
• Collaboration in the project planning, installation and administration of services
• Contact person for our customers in technical matters
Focus on finance
Employee in the finance department (m/f/d)
Your most important tasks:
• Responsibility for the careful processing of payment transactions and the monitoring of open items
• Support in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts and budget planning
• Carrying out cost analyses and identifying optimization potential
• Close cooperation with other departments to clarify and support financial issues
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and legal guidelines
• Participation in the further development of financial processes and systems
